1. Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. KCOS sources in Korea through official brand channels and authorised partners. We don’t source from grey markets. We also check batch / expiry information before dispatch.

Do you sell cruelty-free products?

Some brands are cruelty-free, some are not. When a product is certified cruelty-free or vegan, we show it on the product page. If you want help filtering, message us and we’ll point you to the right options.

Are your products vegan?

We carry vegan options, but not everything is vegan. Check the product page for labels and the full ingredient list. If you’re strict about it, tell us what you avoid and we’ll recommend accordingly.

What if my skin is sensitive?

KCOS includes a lot of calming, barrier-friendly formulas — but skin is personal. Always patch test first (24–48h). If you tell us your skin type + triggers, we’ll help you choose.

Can I use your products while pregnant?

We can’t give medical advice. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s best to check with your clinician, especially for strong actives (retinoids, high-strength acids). If you tell us what you’re avoiding, we can suggest gentler options.

2. Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship from Korea to Europe, the UK, and selected international destinations. Eligible countries appear at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Processing is usually 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 7–14 days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier, and customs.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. When we run free-shipping thresholds or promos, you’ll see it in the site banner.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Depending on your country, customs, duties, and VAT may apply. These are set by local authorities and are outside KCOS control. To avoid delays, make sure your checkout details are accurate.

3. Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible with your order number: contact@k-cos.co.uk. We’ll do our best — but once it ships, changes aren’t possible.

I received the wrong item — what now?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll make it right quickly.

How do returns work?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened items in original packaging. Start by emailing us with your order details. Read the Return & Refund Policy.
